Gloria Brasuel is a full time real estate professional. She is committed to provide the highest level of professionalism, integrity and personal attention to her clients needs.
Born in California and raised in Guam and Honolulu, Gloria enjoys the diversity of cultures. She earned her degree in Corporate Communications from Hawaii Pacific University.
In her first year with Coldwell Banker, Gloria was recognized as Outstanding New Sales Associate and has achieved the distinction of Coldwell Banker's national award, International President's Circle. This achievement ranks Gloria among the top 5 percent of all sales associates internationally.
Her personal experiences in buying and selling homes benefits her clients because Gloria understands the importance of being there for her clients every step of the way to answer questions, anticipate obstacles, and proactively plan for the best outcome.
Prior to entering real estate Gloria was Managing Director in charge of business development for a corporate travel company. She later worked as an assistant to the interior designer for the Ka La'i Waikiki Beach hotel. She has leveraged those skills in her real estate career, enabling her to effectively market and stage properties to realize optimum results.
Gloria values giving back to her community and actively participates as the vice president of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), Honolulu branch, and volunteers for the Hawaii Symphony Associates. She is a volunteer facilitator for Stanford University Design Thinking Hawaii, the Castle Complex Redesign Initiative, and the Asia-Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC) Human Resource Development Working Group.
Gloria is an animal lover and resides in Manoa. Her interests (other than real estate) include traveling, cooking, and most anything involving the ocean.
